Fundraising order forms will be available on this site.  You can download and print off the order forms for collecting orders.

Before the posted order closing time, choose the appropriate button below to submit your order to the PFC Parent Committee. 
You will require the following information to complete the order:

Athlete's name and team
Total numbers of each product

*Payment methods broken down specifically
(CASH,CHEQUES and single E-TRANSFER)
The $2 admin fee on each order helps to pay for expenses such as banking fees, bags, delivery charges, etc.
E-transfers accepted from athletes only ($1.50):

*You will keep your original order papers.  We suggest you print off a copy of the submitted order form as well, for your records.

The Holiday "Cheer" Raffle Fundraiser tickets will be available to purchase from the PFC Parent Committee using the button below. We can arrange a contact-free delivery of these in lieu of the PFC office not being open. The "Raffle Information" button should let you know all that you need to know about this raffle, but please contact the PFC Parent Committee if you have any additional questions.

The "Yellowhead Pizza and Dry Soup Fundraiser Information" button links you to the information sheet that tells you all you should need to know about this fundraiser. It also contains two order forms, one for the pizzas and the other for the dry soup mixes. These are for you to print off  and collect orders with. We do not need a copy of these. Please use the "Submit Your Order" button below to submit your total order by completing the on-line form. Your order will be sent to the committee's email account.

​The "Mom's Pantry Information, Catalogue and Order Form" button below contains all the information you should need for this fundraiser including the website link, order # and group passcode. Please share this link, order # and passcode with your supports. Orders for this fundraiser will be submitted directly through the Mom's Pantry website only. The website will also handles all payment via credit card.

​The Purdy's Easter Chocolates information can be found by clicking on the button below.  Purdy's uses their own website for ordering. A link to the website can also be found below. You can share this link with your friends, family and coworkers. To order, each person will set up their own Purdy's account for ordering using their own email. The website also handles payment (taxes are extra). Be sure each person ordering includes the athlete's name to the "Additional Information" box so your athlete's fundraising account can be credited.

​The "Perogy Information and Order Form" button contains all you should need to know about this fundraiser and an order form for you to print off/email to collect orders with. The "Submit Order Here" button is for you to fill out on-line and submit to the PFC Parent Committee. We do not need the order form returned to us if you did print it as the online submission is all that is required. Please only submit one on-line order per athlete. Email the PFC Parent Committee if you have any questions.

​The Spring Rolls 4 U Fundraiser order form and order submission form are below.  The "Spring Rolls Information" button is a link to all the information you should need and also contains an order form for you to print off and collect orders with. Please retain this order form for your records and submit your total order using the "Submit Spring Roll Order Here" button below. It will be sent to the committee's email account. Paper copies of your order are not needed to be submitted.

 ​The Steak Night Fundraiser order form and order submission form are below.  The "Submit your order" form is to fill out on-line and submit to the committee.  It will be sent to the committee's email account. The Steak Night information button gives you all the information you may need.
Event has been cancelled due to low ticket sales. May try again in February 2021.
he Tupperware Fundraiser  order form and order submission forms can be found below using the buttons below.  Please click on one of the button to be directed to the information and/or online order submission. The "Tupperware fundraiser order form/info" button provides you with all the information you require about this fundraiser and includes an order form that is for you to print off and collect orders with. The "Submit your order" form is for you to fill out on-line and submit your total order to the committee.  All orders must be placed using the button below. Retain the paper copy you printed off for your reference. We do not require a paper copy. Please only submit one order per athlete.

​The Cookie Dough/Muffin Mix Fundraiser order form and order submission form are below.  The "Your Cookie Dough order form" is for you to print off  and collect orders with and the "Submit your Cookie Crumbles order" form is to fill out on-line and submit to the committee.  It will be sent to the committee's email account.

 Purdy's​The Purdy's Christmas Chocolates information can be found below.  The "Purdy's Christmas Chocolate Information" explains the fundraiser and the link to the website. The catalogue and an order form (including taxes) can also be found with the button below. The Purdy's website handles all orders and payments directly and the "Link to Purdy's Website for Ordering" button below will take to the website. Each person who is sponsoring you by making a purchase, must create their own account with Purdy's and pay for it online. The "Additional Information" box needs to contain the athlete's name so we can credit your account.

​Purdy's sends us a refund cheque for the profits. Once this is received, we will transfer your profits into your account.

Purdy's Christmas Chocolates Information
The Happy Hippo Fundraiser information and order submission form buttons are below.  The "Happy Hippo Information" button gives you all the information you should need, a product catalogue and an order form for you to print off and collect orders with. The "Submit your order" button is for you to place your total combined order online from those that you collected.  It will be sent to the committee's email account. Paper copies of your orders are not needed and should be retained for your own reference.
